Hello !
De petites précisions :
- How + adjectif : How stupid you are !
- What ( + adjectif) + nom : What a nice person ! / What fools !
=>
- How delicious !
- What fools !
- How bad !
- What a fool !
- How stupid of me !

I can't tell you how delicious it was!
[What fools]/[How foolish] some people are!
How terrible!
You won't believe how bad the film was!
I can't tell you [how foolish I felt]/[how much I felt like a fool].
How stupid of me!

Moi aussi j'ai une proposition: You wouldn't believe how bad the film was.
Je crois qu'il faut accorder les deux temps utilisés dans cette phrase. Won't c'est la forme contractée de :will not. Peut-être que je me trompe aussi...

Actually both are correct but mean different things:
"You won't believe how bad the film was" This means that I'm about to tell you how bad it was, and when I do you will not believe it.
"You wouldn't believe how bad the film was" this means that if you were told you wouldn't believe it, but doesn't imply that I am going to tell you about it.
So: Use the first as a prelude to an explanation of the film. Use the second to indicate how strongly you feel about the poor quality of the film.
