PREFERERIEZ-VOUS ?

Voici un petit rappel avant de vous lancer !
. On peut remplacer WOULD PREFER to par WOULD RATHER + Base verbale
. A la forme négative, I’D RATHER devient I’D RATHER not
. Si l’on emploie RATHER + un pronom, le verbe qui suit est au passé, même si l’on parle du présent ou du futur.
Ex : I’d rather we didn’t go = je préfère que nous n’y allions pas.
A) Terminez les phrases 1 à 3 comme dans l’exemple suivant :
Are you going to phone Julia or would you rather I phoned her ?
1 – Are you going to organize the party or ........................................
2 – Are you going to speak to Alice or ..............................................
3 – Are you going to prepare breakfast or ........................................
B) Répondez aux questions 4 à 7 avec l’expression « I’d rather you didn’t » ou « I’d rather not » selon le contexte :

Excellent exercice, même si avec les exemples cela semble plus facile, je ne suis pas sûre de pouvoir l'utiliser tout de suite dans la conversation

COCOON : Bravo. Sauf pour la numéro 5
SIXA : Ex. A : tu as bien intégré qu'il fallait utiliser le prétérit, mais tu as "zappé" rather !!!! Je te rappelle aussi que tu -speak TO somebody.
Ex. B : Lis bien la petite aide après les corrections pour t'y retrouver.
GEWURZ : YES, HOUBA HOUBA ! Tout juste !
TOUNETTE : Ex. A : Relis bien le point de rappel pour utiliser le prétérit.
Ex. B : Bravo, seule la numéro 5 t'a posé problème, mais il fallait que le "je" de la première partie se transforme en "vous" dans la deuxième. Pas évident!
CLAIRE : Ex. A : Bravo, c'est tout juste
Ex. B : Avec la petite aide après les corrections, tu devrais t'y retrouver.
ZEN : Ex. A : Bravo aussi !
Ex. B : Bien sûr c'est OK, puisque tu mets les deux solutions pour la 5 et la 6 (on est malin !!!!!) mais la petite aide va te permettre de choisir sans problème.
EDITH : Bravo. Comme Cocoon, juste cette fameuse numéro 5.
GARTIN : Bravo avec un petit +. En effet, c'est dommage que tu aies mis I pour la cinq à la place de You. Sinon le raisonnement était bon.

Vivement que tu nous donnes une petite révision, sans explications cette fois. Rien que quelques phrases ! Histoire de mieux assimiler ces constructions.
