J'ai quelques prémices mais pour le moment j'ai écrit ça :
It is a so difficult question because that gathers many examples. An extrem, limited in time, and controlled situation can justifu that. The end is very important but any illegal action isn't acceptable. For example, during a war, many acts are illegal but people justify them by this expression. the war of algerian was marked by acts of tortur but the contxt was particular and certain still think that in this case end jusify the means. I think that it is also difficult to keep all its integrity when one
seeks has to achieve at the end. But that Ci should not push either has
disproportionate acts under pretext which the end is essential.
