Hello,
I was wondering if " there has been / there had been " is really the english for the french " il y a eu ".
Eg : if I say " we did not met since there has been those terrible terrorist attacks in London ", is it a right sentence ?
When shall I use " there has been " or " there had been " ? Is their translation & tense meaning different ?

Vous avez ici un exercice sur ce sujet proposé par kwame,un professeur d'anglais, avec vers la fin la règle pour utiliser "il y a"
