2 – "Sometime" : fait référence à un certain temps, générallement dans le futur. "sometime" = "one day" or "some day."
Examples:

3 – "Sometimes" est un adverbe de fréquence et peut faire référence au passé, présent ou future. "Sometimes" = "on certain occasions" or "more than one time.".
Examples:
- He took a bus to work today, but sometimes he drives to work.
- Sometimes it is pleasant to walk in the rain.
