i want to know if we say either
to look at the sky
....in the sky or.......up the sky
please tell me if there is lessons about how to use at an on

There are different ways of saying this. Here are two examples that you can use:
1) To look at the sky
2) To look up at the sky
There are many more, depending on who's looking up at the sky etc, but these are the most common ways of saying it.
