The last week, I wentt o movie to watch "Je vous trouve très beau".
This movie sets in France, in the conuntryside, in a farm. A couple of farmers lives and works in this farm. But it seems that they don't love each other. They are miserly and sad. They quarrel. And suddenly, the wife is electrocuted with the milking machine and she dies. Her husband doesn't cry a long time, but he needs somebody, preferably a new wife, a tough woman to help him at the farmworker. He asks a marriage bureau to find one wife who will be able to work in the farm. She'll come from Romania. She's younger than him and she's a nice girl. At the beginning, their relations are difficult but as they go along, they are in love.
this is a romantic comedy, sometimes funny, sometines moving. I spend a good time.

Hello Domino,
-- last week - omettre l'article -(last Summer - last year.....)
-- to go to the cinema. American: to go to the movies.
-- the film. American: the movie.
-- to be set in....... (= se passer-> pour un film, une scène...), donc, is set in...
-- countryside - attention à l'orthographe
-- to work on a farm. Attention: to work "in" a shop / a factory, mais, to work "on" a farm
-- for a long time - "for" traduit l'idée de "pendant" devant expression de durée.
-- to help with ... I am helping you WITH your homework, donc, dans ton texte, le fermier avait besoin d'une personne "to help him with the work on the farm".
-- to find a wife, mais pas to find "one" wife - "one"+ nom s'utilise pour compter (1- 2- 3...)
-- to work on the farm. Ici encore, emploi de "on", pas "in".
-- She will come from / she is coming from
-- their relations = les membres de leurs familles (oncles, tantes etc). Ici, il s'agit de la relation entre 2 personnes, donc, utilise le mot: relationship (singulier).
...their relation is...
-- à cause du contexte, tu pourrais dire, they "fall" in love.
-- Pour ton dernier verbe, tu dois retourner au prétérit, comme au début, donc, "spent", pas "spend", mais je préfère: "I had a good time".
J'espère que cela t'aidera.
