Organ transplant
Concerning organ transplant we must take two point of view .They have the donor , the recipient and the problem of compatibility between them.
The donor is anonymous and must be brain dead .
The recipient should be inform of risk of rejection . In order to avoid it , the recipient is given a drug treatment .The drugs weaken immune system as a result the recipient is sensitive to infection and the risk of cancer increase .
A lot of organs can de donated by one person like the lungs , the liver , the heart , the kidney or the cornea .
But a lot of recipient are currently waiting for an organ and one part die because it didn’t come soon enough . In fact the demand is higher of possibility .
The decision to donate organs is a difficult one , not only for the donors but for the families as well .
Nick Breach is a best example of generosity . He tried to do all to cut down on the number of death .
Nick died of an inoperable tumour. Instead of giving up on life , he decided to give a second chance of life to others by donating his organs .
His parents supported her , they think he will be always with them because is organs live in others .
He had inspired people to donate their own organs.
Because he was dead at home , only Nick’s corneas were able to be donnated .
But some people wanted to follow the example donate organ and reflect on the life they have.
For some month , French surgeon have been succeed a ground breaking surgery . They have been transplanted a face.
Isabelle Dinoire had been bitten by her dog during her sleep . Apparently she had taking sleeping pills .So she was disfigured.
When she wake up she realised she missed upper lip lover lip , nose and chin.
The donor was a women , she had committed suicide / take her life .
She had the same colour of skin .
The surgeons grafted nose , lips and chin .
They had be carefully attach tiny nerves blood vessels , muscles and skin .
The scar was only visible in close.
Her upper lips can moved but her lover lip is always paralysed.
She is again able to speak , eat and drink.
She was lucky to be able to receive this new face. But she is at risk of developing cancer because her immune system is weakened by the drugs to stop immune system rejecting the graft .
It’s not a simply esthetic procedure but it’s a functional procedure.
The transplantation are improve by the news technique of surgery like laparoscopic.
Normally we open the abdomen by an eight or nine inch incision but with laparoscopic you make those on three little hole : one for the camera one for the aspiration and one for the instrument.
During the operation the surgeons look at the TV screening.
The patient recovers quick up and the pain is less. The surgery is shorter and the invasion is minimal

Bonsoir.
As far as organ transplant is concerned we have to consider two points of view : the donor's and the recipient's. There's the difficult problem of compatibilty between them, of course.
The donor is anonymous and must be brain dead.
The recipient has to be informed of the risk of rejection. In order to avoid it, he is given a treatement. The drugs he takes then weaken the immune system and as a result the recipient becomes really sensitive to infection. Even the risk of cancer increases.
A lot of organs can be given : the lungs, the liver, the heart, the kidneys or the cornea.
A lot of patients are waiting for an organ. A percentage of them die because the organ doesn't come soon enough. The demand is higher than the offer.
The decision to give an organ is always a difficult thing to do : it does not only concern the donors but also their families.
Nick Breach is one of the best exemples of generosity.
He tried to do his best to cut down the number of deaths.
Nick died from an inoperable tumor. He decided to give the others a second chance
by giving his organs.
His parents supported him : they thought he would be living through the others.
As he died at home, his corneas only could be transplanted.
He has inspired people who now agree to donate their organs...
A few months ago, a French surgeon succeeded in transplanting a face.
Isabelle Dinoire had been bitten by her dog during her sleep. Apparently she had taken sleeping pills.
She was badly disfigured.
When she woke up she realised with horror that her lips, nose and chin were missing.
The donor was a woman. She had committed suicide.
She had the same colour of skin.
The surgeons transplanted her nose, lips and chin.
They carefully attached tiny blood vessels, muscles and skin.
The scars were only visible if you were close to her.
Her upper lip can move but up to now her lower lip is still paralysed.
She is now able to speak, eat and drink.
She was lucky to be given the opportunity of a new face but now she is at risk of developping a cancer because her immune system is weakened.
....
During the operation the surgeons watch a TV screen.
The patient usually recovers quickly and pain is more tolerable.
The surgery takes less time...
