Your last holidays (correction)

I will try to do an essay. Because of I should it write one for my exam as the end as May.
My last holiday…
The last year, in July, I visited Châtel in south Alpes in France during two weeks. I didn’t know mountains in summer. We rented a flat with sight direct on the mountain. It was quiet and nice. Landscapes were wonderful. There were flowers of all the colors. Only with nature, I forget all and I distressed me completely. I left with my boyfriend by a car. For just 6 hours of road, the expatriation is total!
There were a lot of activities to do. We were to swimming pool, to do toboggan, karting, to walk in mountains. I dislike excursions in mountains, it’s very hard. However, generally, I like sport! We made too rafting. It was ….. SENSATIONAL! The night before, I didn’t sleep much because I was a little afraid. But, I had fun much. Feelings strong guarantees!! And we made horse riding too. It was impressing with the rather stiff (descentes) and coasts! Moreover, it was the first time for me!

-- L'année dernière: last year. pendant 2 semaines: for two weeks.
-- Pour la seconde phrase, je pense que tu veux dire:
It was the first time (l première fois)I saw mountains in the Summer.
-- a flat overlooking the mountains.
-- flowers of all colours.
-- Confusion: tu as utilisé “only” et tu voulais dire: “alone” (= by myself).
“Alone with nature”: voyant la suite de ta phrase, cela a du sens,
I forget everything and I feel completely relaxed.
(I forgot... I felt....)
--boyfriend- car- expatriation.( un peu de réorganisation).
1) tu as quitté ton copain-- 2) tu as fait le voyage en voiture – 3) 6 heures plus tard, te voilà dans les Alpes.... et tu étais dépaysée (comme si tu étais dans un autre pays) donc:
I left my boyfriend and I travelled by car. Six hours later, I felt as if I was in a different country.
-- Second paragraphe: les 2 premières phrases peuvent être regroupées en une seule:
There were many activities such as......... (il ne te reste plus qu'à nommer les activités). Toutes ces activités sont mieux exprimées si tu utilises les noms de ces activités:swimming, toboganning, karting and of course, walking in the mountains.
-- suggestion: Les 2 phrases suivantes pourraient n'en faire qu'une si tu commençais par: Although I like sport in general, I dislike ..... because....
-- We also enjoyed rafting. I must admit that, the night before, .........but rafting was great fun!
-- Pour l'équitation: on dit “to do horse riding” (pas to make...) et aussi: “to go horse riding”-
-- Pour la fin: -suggestion d'adjectifs qui conviennent pour cette expérience: thrilling, exciting. Laisse tomber les"coasts"...?
Après l'équitation, tu pourrais détacher les dernières phrases pour en faire une petite conclusion.
I was very impressed by the beautiful landscape (paysage) and by the exciting activities. Moreover..... . What a thrilling experience! How .....?
