Hello, can someone tell me if this sentence is correct :
"the evaluation will last 24 days whithin july 17th and august 30th, 2006 includintg the writing of report's period.

you should rather say:
"the evaluation will last 24 days long FROM the July 17th to August 30ieth, 2006 including the writing of the report's period."
"Within" se place devant un laps de temps précis, indiquant qu'une action sera terminée dans...
Ex: I'll get rid of it in a few days.

I would write it like this:
"The evaluation will last 24 days; from July 17th to August 30th, 2006 including the report writing period."

Par contre, si votre utilisation de 'within' indique plutôt entre ces dates, alors vous pourriez écrire:
"The evaluation will last 24 days between July 17th and August 30th, 2006 including the report writing period."

le “th” est correct
from... to...
pas besoin de virgule après 30th (pourquoi séparer 2006? la virgule devrait être après 2006)

(twenty four days - pas besoin d'ajouter "long")
-----> suggestion: The evaluation will last.....and will include .....
----->Tu as écrit: the report's period.
Tu voulais dire--> the writing of the report? the period for writing???
