Hi everybody,
I have got a little problem with "most". Indeed, I don't know whether the following sentence is correct or not. Could you please tell me the difference between "the most" and "most".
"What I enjoy most on TV is the news" My problem is "most". I know that we can use it without "the" but I am not sure in this context. Don't you think that "the most" would be more suitable?
Thanks for your help in advance!!

Dans ce cas, on peut faire les deux.
What I enjoy the most on TV is the news.
What I enjoy most on TV is the news.
Je crois que la seconde serait plus commune.

Hello bartok!
--What I enjoy most is .... (ce qui s'emploie le plus)
--What I most enjoy is....
--Most, ici, est un adverbe. On pourrait dire: What I enjoy the most is...... , mais la plupart du temps, on laisse tomber le "the".
Donc, ne te tracasse pas!

I think that you could say either "the most" or "most" in that case. I think we usually throw the "the" in there to make it easier to say. bon chance!
