I don't know weber. Would it be a "surfer sur le net" or a web master (un administrateur de site web)?

Moi je comprends pas "fowl words"...'fowl' is ducks, geese, chicken...
Maybe you meant "foul words" (même prononciation) but that doesn't make sense either...

I think he means "bad words" or "cuss words" ... vulgar or "foul" language. I'm not sure if those should be translated in a polite forum such as this :-). But in any case I've never heard of "weber"; however, I used to have some friends whose last name was "Weber."
Here is the definition of "weber" from wordreference.com (a VERY good English dictionary as well as English-to-and-from-other-languages (including French) dictionary).
weber (the pronuciation symbols don't appear to show -- the word appears to have the German pronunciation "VAY-buh" (ou "VÉÏ-be" en français) )
noun the derived SI unit of magnetic flux; the flux that, when linking a circuit of one turn, produces in it an emf of 1 volt as it is reduced to zero at a uniform rate in one second. 1 weber is equivalent to 108 maxwells
Symbol: Wb
[ETYMOLOGY: 20th Century: named after W. E. Weber]
