J'apprécie beaucoup tes listes hoppy1, elles me permettent de revoir tranquillement et rapidement des verbes et expressions que je n'utilise pas toujours... et en plus c'est à petites doses. Merci

Again I would like to comment that not all of the verbs in the above list are phrasal verbs. Some are simply expressions involving a verb followed by a preposition. Note the permissible positions of object nouns and pronouns.
Phrasal verb: to look up
"Can you look up the word for me?" (correct)
"Can you look the word up for me?" (correct)
"Can you look it up for me?" (correct)
"Can you look up it for me?" (INCORRECT)
Non-phrasal verb: to look + up
"Can you look up the pipe for me?" (correct)
"Can you look the pipe up for me?" (INCORRECT)
"Can you look it up for me?" (INCORRECT)
"Can you look up it for me?" (correct)
Non-phrasal verb: to look + into
"Can you look into the *** for me?" (correct)
"Can you look the *** into for me?" (INCORRECT)
"Can you look it into for me?" (INCORRECT)
"Can you look into it for me?" (correct)
If *** is "room", then "to look into" is meant literally. If *** is "problem", then "to look into" is an expression. But in NEITHER case is it a phrasal verb !!!
