I suppose this is cheating, since I'm a native speaker, but here goes.
1- What "E word" means the part farthest from the middle of something? ..............
extremity
2- It's one of the rows of hairs that grow on the edge of the eyelids. ................
eyelash
3- When you increase the interest of a story etc by adding untrue details, you ............... .
embellish (exaggerate is a little different, and embroider doesn't make sense in this context)
4- A verb meaning to breathe out. .................
exhale, expire doesn't really work here. Foods (e.g. milk) expire, credit cards expire (can no longer be used), coupons expire, etc. Anything that is past a certain date and thus is no longer useful is expired. Also, you can say a person expired, meaning died... but it's poetic and not used in common speech.
5- If you make someone or something to appear greater or better, you ............... .
exaggerate if you make it *appear* to be better than it is... if you actually make it better, then you enhance it
6- What do you call a kind of large bird of prey noted for its good eyesight? ................
eagle
7- What word is used for a female sheep? ................
ewe
8- It's a verb meaning to put out a fire. .................
extinguish (you can use this for other things too... a life can be extinguished (poetic/dramatic)
9- We use that word when a couple is bound by promise. ...............
engaged
10- An "E word" meaning the curved line of hair above each eye. ...............
eyebrow
