Tout ce qui n'a pas un rapport direct avec les difficultés liées à la langue anglaise: par exemple, les thèmes généraux sur l'apprentissage de la langue, les jeux, les demandes de traductions de chansons etc.

I received a newsletter but sometimes I have a hardtime understanding what it means. For example:
The last Hurricane saw vast devastation´nthis time we can only hope that things aren´t as bad, ´n
by His grace....
A disaster´s a disaster ´nit causes much mental´n physical trauma
I don´t understand why are these ´n.
could anyone explain me the reason of them.

But this is not good English, and should not be done except in certain expressions or to give a particular effect that one is trying to speak informal (or even bad) English.
I'm curious which newsletter your citation came from.
