When they speak me in english i understand with difficult some words
because the different pronunciation and speak quickly.

Well taleb, learn this sentence by heart:
Could you speak more slowly please ?
Sorry, could you make some efforts to pronounce* please. I hardly understand.
For the other points, listening exercises. Anyway, believe me there is always an accent you didn't know somewhere in the world.
* For my own information, could someone explain if articulate could replace pronounce in the sentence.

I just try to practice the speaking and repeat after people.
