Do you like the passive form ?
Change the active sentences to passive .
1. They make VW cars in Germany.
2. Bell invented the telephone in 1876.
3. They have built three new factories this year.
4. The factory will produce 10,000 cars next year.
5. Bell didn't invent the television.

3+ Three new factories have been built this year
4-10,000 cars will be produced by (in?) this factory next year
5+The television wasn't invented by Bell

faut-il procéder à l'omission du sujet de départ, je me demande car il me semble que ce n'est que dans le cas d'un pronom personnel sujet I, you etc ou quand le sujet du départ est evident ( e.g: He was arrested by the police?)

Congratulation you two !For 2: Moritena's answer is more complete than yours Babyscot, but it's all right.
For 4: Babyscot : without "by this factory" is better : it's an evidence, so you can forget the first subject.
I think that this exercise was too easy for you .... I'll post another this evening

yeah I must admit that was pure honey for me but I don't like relying on my self-sufficienceness. I really needed to see If I could do it!
