A wonderful book

Hi,
It was the second English book I read. (I've read a lot in French, too)
Its tittle is: "The curious incident of the dog in the night time", by Mark Haddon.
It is one of thebetter best book I've read for a long time. It makes you laugh and cry, really. Outstanding !
If someone hads loved it too, tell me .
And to all other ones, run to by it (I bought it by internet )

I've read it too. What is remarkable about the book is that the author has "entered" the mind of a handicapped boy so we can live with him throughout his investigation ,see what he sees and feel what he feels. It's an excellent book.

, yes it's a wonderful book and it's beautifully written.Did you know that this book won the Withbread Novel of the Year Award, the Gardian Children's Fiction Prize and the South Bank Show Book award ?

I knew it won the Withbread Novel of the Year Award, not the others.
I think it would be a beautiful film to make, by a sensitive and humatist author.
If someone knows other good books, please, tell us. It's so difficult to find very interesting literature.

Hi,
If you want to read another very good book, I would suggest "The Life of Pi" by Yann Martel. In this book too you laugh and cry with its main character. I won't tell you what the story is so not to spoil your pleasure. I just want to say that it is beautifully written. I'm sure you're going to enjoy it.
