How can I use therefore in a sentence? Can I use before start a sentence or in the middle of a sentence?
Are they both correct?
Give me some examples please.

You can use therefore to start a sentence or in the middle of the sentence. The both way is correct.
I listed some examples for you. He missed the bus; therefore, he'll be late for work.
The weather is cold; therefore, wear a jacket when you go outside.
The supermarket is closed; therefore,we need to find another place to shop.
Therefore, he adopted a healthier diet, experiencing increased energy levels and improved focus.
