Find the words beginning with the letter "S".
1-What do you call a ladder with a hinged support at the back and flat steps, not rungs? ............
2-A verb meaning to make or become sad. .............
3-An "S word" meaning a high building of very many storeys, especially in the United States. ............
4-To quiver or tremble (with cold, fear etc). ............
5-What verb means to move round (as though) on a swivel?
6-The mark that is left by a wound or sore. ............
7-When we think about our own pleasure or good and not consider other people, we're ........... .
8-To take on the financial responsibility for (a person, project etc), often as a form of advertising of for charity. ............
