Signification as lead

Hello everybody,
For my job, I need to understand an expression used by one of my supplier. This expression is used to give a value : "heavy metal inf 15ppm as lead", I'm not sure of the signification of "as lead" and I don't find the translation in a dictionary. "lead" is "plomb" in french but I think "as lead" is an expression like "au total" or "tous confondus"...
Maybe someone could tell me the exact signification.

"as lead", je crois que ça signifie "comme le plomb", "tel que le plomb"
