Bonjour
Voici une photo et je dois dire où et quand la photo a été prise en utilisanst le' past probability'; pourriez-vous m'aidersvp s'il vous plaît car je n'ai pas bien compris son emploi.
The photo may have been taken in the street because there a cinema theater, buildiings,lighthouse. The photo may have been taken in early morning because there are nobody in the street , people might have slept .

Where is the verb in your sentence?
and also: buildiings,
there are nobody,
people might have slept .
People might have been sleeping.
INDISPENSABLES :
