Bonsoir, J'espère ne pas me tromper, j'ai appris sur anglais facile
I eat (an) apple -> présent simple,
Do you eat an apple ?
I am eating an apple -> present continous
What do you eating ? Là, tu n'as pas besoin de l'auxiliaire do, c'est un présent continu
He drives a car -> what does he drive ? -> He does not drive a car
She lives in Germany -> Where does she live ? -> She does not live in Germany
you are cold. are you cold ? -> you are not cold
He is afraid (about this) dog, Is he afraid ? he is not afraid (a) dog.là, pour la question j'appliquerai l'auxiliaire do
bonne soirée

Dans l'attente de votre confirmation
Thank you very much

bonjour,
effectivement "who are they?" est une question vague qui peut appeler plusieurs types d'informations. " Where do they come from?" est une excellente phrase; même si la réponse serait alors 'they come from Spain'. On peut penser aussi à " What is their nationality?'

Pourquoi ne peut-on pas dire : every morning ?
Merci.
Réponse: To be or Do de lucile83, postée le 14-10-2009 à 17:52:40 (S | E)
Hello,
A cause de "never"; on peut dire donc:
in the morning she never eats....
Every morning she doesn't have breakfast ; mais c'est bizarre comme phrase,ça ne se dirait pas.
She never has breakfast in the morning serait plus naturel.
La phrase est toujours en attente

Hello!
"In the morning, every morning" : can you have breakfast at another time of the day?
Well, you can say : she doesn't have breakfast every day. Or : she never has breakfast.
Réponse: To be or Do de lucile83, postée le 14-10-2009 à 21:07:56 (S | E)
what shall I do willy if I wake up at 12.30 pm ? I can have breakfast,can't I ?
And in fact we can have breakfast at any time of day and night; have a look at that :
Étymologie
Formé des mots break (« casser ») et fast (« le jeûne »).
If you haven't eaten for 2 days you'll have breakfast whenever you wish, at 8.00 pm for instance
Ok, ok I'm leaving ....
