Help for idioms

Hi everybody
I want to improve my English so I studied a lot of grammar but it wasn't enough to understand native speakers. I need to know more words (I must have a rich vocabulary) and I think that learning idioms and phrases is better than indIvidual words.
but i don't knowhwo do i how I can find idioms ,could u you help me please (or just give me some examples) please.

Vous écrivez "English idioms" dans le triangle jaune, en haut ,à droite et vous pourrez faire votre choix..........

Hello!
Boy, minima, you have opened a can of worms. (Here is your first idiom).
Idioms are cultural and are not generally shared. Are you interested in British or American idioms? They are completely different.
I found this particularly eye-opening (another idiom).
