What difference/won't - doesn't

Hello everybody,
Could you explain to mewhich what the difference is there is between these two sentences, please?
1°)the computer won't work.
2°)the computer doesn't work.

Bonsoir,
1°)the computer won't work.
=> won't est la contraction de will (futur) not (négation)
2°)the computer doesn't work.
=> doesn't est la contraction de do (présent) not (négation)

The computer won't work: L'ordinateur ne veut pas marcher.
The computer doesn't work: L'ordinateur ne marche pas.
Autres exemples: She wouldn't say her name: Elle n'a pas voulu dire son nom.
She didn't say her name: Elle n'a pas dit son nom.
