Hi!
I'm an English teacher looking for a detective story which my students would really like reading in class (european section) Which one do you think would be the most interesting for 15 year old teenagers? Sherlock Holmes the Norwood mystery or Sherlock Holmes the four sign? What do you think? Please let me know!

Hello!
I am neither a teacher nor a teenager nor do I know whether there can be other alternatives other than the ones your mention above -- but the following might appeal. They are targeted at teenagers and all written by British authors.
Lien Internet
Alex Rider series Anthony Horowitz
Lien Internet
Silver Fin by Charlie Higson
Lien Internet
The Spy High series by AJ Butcher

Unless you are specifically wanting something "historical", "classic" or "period", Sherlock Holmes may seem a little "dated" (or what kids might call "lame") by today's standards.
I hope this helps.

Hi!
I taught this theme last year and they loved Sherlock Holmes "The sign of 4". Even if they enjoyed it, I think they preferred Agatha Christie "Murder on the orient express" and "And then they were none" though...
Anyway, both worked and some of them asked for other books to read!
Have fun
