friend : If I were you I would address some of the pain sedatives , then I will see a dentist , but you have to know that don't eat sweets harmful to teeth isn't enough , you should wash your teeth with a toothpaste whenever you ate .

Hello,
"Je ne maitrise pas bien l'anglais": moi non plus, mais je pense avoir trouvé quelques erreurs.
If I were you I would address (êtes-vous sûr??) some
(une question: whenever ou each time ?)

Bonsoir,
me : I've a bad toothache although I no longer eat sweets harmful to teeth , What do you think I should do ?
friend : If I were you I would address some of the pain sedatives , then I will (utiliser le conditionnel) see a dentist , but you have to know that don't (faire de l'infinitif négatif: NOT + TO + BV) eat sweets

Bonsoir
Quelques suggestions:
I've a bad toothache ...
Either I have (no contraction in present tense) or I've had (present perfect)..
I no longer eat (present perfect)
Brush your teeth..
The sentence (of friend) is too long with a series of commas. Maybe, you can break it up with a full stop.
Best wishes,
