Bonsoir,

Merci d'avance.

It is about a video on companies in China. This video document explains how we take out there as well as errors which the Americans or the Westerners make when they shake hands for example of a Chinese. According to Tom Doctoroff, the most important is that the Chinese feel that you have a profound respect for him. It is necessary to respect him, he and its culture as well as the various ways of life. He how explains us to behave during the exchanges of card business and errors not to be committed. Then he explains us the moment of the tea. When we are of use to you a tea you never answer negatively, we do not ask you for your opinion.
Personally I think that it is difficult to deal with China. Indeed, on one hand The Chinese culture of the business is very different in a western way to deal. Chinese insist on the network of the personal relations to deal. This aspect is often perceived by the Westerners as of the corruption, as far as the legal system of business law is little developed. On the other hand, it is necessary to respect indispensable rules of conduct if we want to make profits. For example, during the negotiation, it is essential not to lose its head and to remain patient during the negotiations. Business connections are above all long-term relations implying a confidence and even a common friendship. They are punctuated by numerous dinners, toasts and long interviews.
The main advice to a Chinese investor is to be careful and patient. Indeed the administrative procedures are very heavy and very long. By more our law is more developed than in China, the Chinese investor has to inquire strictly not to be outside the regulations in France. Besides, a good preparation of the various stages of a business trip is necessary at the risk of missing its negotiations. The Chinese investor must know the culture of a journey of business in France. It should not be shocked by the way the French welcome Chinese because most part of time French do not know how to welcome Chinese.

Bonsoir,
beaucoup d'erreurs et de traductions mot-à-mot qui viennent du traducteur utilisé, il ne s'agit pas que de conjugaisons: par exemple:
