Bonsoir,
Pouvez-vous me confirmer si j'ai bien choisi les temps du passé dans le texte suivant ? Avez-vous des remarques quant à la forme ?
Merci d 'avance !
Our statistics show that since 2006 when plant stopped maintaining a chemical warehouse, number of small delivery have been increased generating an overcost which have never been reflected in our prices.
As I explained you we would like to propose the best deal in order that you won’t have to suffer any extra costs.
Practically we will be able to keep our current price list if the weight of delivery remains around 1000-1300kg.
Could you confirm the possibility to follow this rules ?

Could you confirm the possibility to follow 5 this rule
1. plural
2. the subject, number, is singular-also use simple past
3. increased overall costs ?
4. perhaps a different verb? incur?
5. not the infinitive-the possibility of....
