Homicide involontaire
Message de elii-se posté le 30-10-2011 à 16:38:47 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,

pourriez-vous s'il vous plait m'aider dans la correction de ce petit paragraphe. Il s'agit du récapitulatif des faits et de la procédure d'une affaire d'homicide involontaire.

A man aged 31 was not well taken her breakup with a girl aged 16, who was pregnant with him.
Armed with a shotgun he found in the homes of parents of his ex girlfriend.
He shot the father in the leg and he required the mother to take him to his daughter.
Under threat, the mother took the man by his daughter. Once there, the man took the girl and left with the mother and daughter in the car. The police caught the man and the man then launched the mother outside the car. He was alone with the girl and decided to keep hostage in an apartment. The police continued to follow them and they stopped at the bottom of the building where the man and the girl were.
The man came out on the balcony of the apartment, he put the girl as a shield against him and began firing at the police. The police returned fire and killed the girl because they did not see who it was on the balcony.

The victim’s parents and the policers sued the man to justice.
This man has been sentenced by the trial court to :
- Possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
- Kidnap of the mother and daughter.
- Attempted murder on the father and two police officers.
- (and the) Manslaughter of the girl.
The appelant accepted his sentence, but he appealed the manslaughter on the grounds of causality.

En vous remerciant pour votre aide.
Elise.

Hello,

Je commence les 3 premières phrases.
A man aged 31 was not well taken her breakup with a girl aged 16, who was pregnant with him.
Armed with a shotgun he found in the homes of parents of his ex girlfriend....où est le verbe?
He shot the father in the leg and he required the mother to take him to his daughter.

Elise.

Ladies and gentlemen, the jury’s member, welcome to the courtroom.
To a better understanding, I will start to summarize the fact of the trial :
M. Norris aged 31 was not taken well his breakup with Mrs Lili aged 16. Mrs Lili is pregnant by him.
Armed with a shotgun, he went to the home of Mrs Lili’s parents.
He shot in the father’s leg and he required that the mother to take him to her daughter.
Under threat (menace), the mother took the man by his daughter. M. Norris took the girl and went back with the mother and daughter in the car.
The police try to catch M. Norris. When he saw it, M. Norris launched the mother outside the car. He was alone with Mrs Lili and he decided to keep her in hostage in an apartment. The police continued to follow them and they stopped at the bottom of the building where the man and the girl were.
The man came out on the balcony of the apartment, he put the girl as a shield against him and began shoot at the police. The police returned fire and killed the girl because they did not see who it was on the balcony.

Procédure : The victim’s parents sued M. Norris to justice.
Today, the question of this trial is whether Mr. Norris cause the manslaughter of Mrs. Lili?

Now, I call the prosecutor : Mr. Barner.
Mr. Barner, the floor is yours.
I call Mr Norris’ lawyers. Mr Mc Burni, the floor is yours.

I agree, overrule objections.
You do not have to answer this question, please ask Mr. Mc Burni you another question ?

Do you cross examine?

I call to the bar, Michelle, the victim’s mother.

I call to the bar, Walker, the policeman.
Place your right hand on the Bible. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Say: "I swear.

Do you have someone else to interview?

After discussion with the jury, our decision is taken. Mr. Norris has committed a crime because he deliberately endangered the life of Mrs Lili. He committed imprudence, negligence and breaches of safety requirements. Mr. Norris explained Mrs Lili indirectly to an immediate risk of death.
Under penalties in the law of our country, I condemn Mr. Norris has 3 years in jail and a fine of £ 50 000.

What do you think about this decision ? People who think Mr Norris is guilty can put their hands up.
People who think Mr Norris isn’t guilty can put htier hands up.

The hearing is suspended.
