Bonsoir à tous,
J'ai une petite dissertation à rendre et je ne suis pas très à l'aise avec l'anglais. Pourriez-vous m'aider à corriger mes fautes?
Merci beaucoup pour votre aide précieuse.
"In 1898, the foundation of DEBRIE is created by Joseph Debrie in Gennevilliers in France. This company is specialised in the construction of cinematographic equipment. Thus, they invent a film-cleaning machine called the ULTRACLEAN in 1911. Then, from 1913 to 1921 they invent the PARVO camera and the SUPER PARVO camera.
At the same time, in 1951 a new company see the light of day: CTM. In fact it’s originally the mechanics department of the GTC CTM Laboratory. The company is rapidly recognized as specialist in editing tables and postproduction equipment.
After a few years, CTM acquires DEBRIE in 1992, it’s the perfect partnership. It therefore offers a complete range of film equipment for cinema industry.
From 1995 to 1998 they develop a new activity: distribution and integration of solutions in video and audio equipment. As a result two distinct capacities emerge: manufacturer and seller.
That is why in 2000, CTM splits its company in two separate branches. The first CTM DEBRIE for manufacturing of audio-visual equipment and the second CTM Solutions, an integrated solutions provider.
During ten years CTM continues its journey and meantime in 2005 Arnaud Frilley becomes CEO of CTM DEBRIE and CTM Solutions.
Finally in 2010 CTM Debrie changes its name and becomes DEBRIE Technologies. At this moment they manufacture film equipment solely for film archives.
From 2011 to the present CTM/Debrie group provides turnkey solutions in film, video and digital technologies. Today we can find six-business sector for CTM.
CTM audio with 31%, they distribute and integrate audio equipment.
CTM Post-Prod with 12% they distribute and integrate video equipment for films or television.
CTM Digital Media with 5%, distributor of media products and audio or video consumables.
CTM Imedia with 5%, they manufacture software packages and such specific technologies as DV, Firewire, Streaming, and ADSL.
CTM HD with 17%, they distribute and integrate HD products; they can also encode and realize a D-cinema projection
CTM Services with 30%, it’s the after-sales service department. They offer some trainings, a technical maintenance for your products, a hotline 24/24."

Hello.
You need to take another look at all the verbs. If it took place in the past, you will need to use past tense.
