Here's a new series of exercises. I hope your appreciate them. Let me know what you think about them.
This is another way to improve our vocabulary.
Find the missing vowels and unscramble the consonants in order to get the right word.
For this first one, I'm giving you the number of letters because I don't want you to give up but if you prefer not having them, tell me, please.
You're so good, I'm sure you'll be able to find all of them.
Let's start.

1- A kind of insects with pincers at the end of its body. ..... (wgr) "6"
2- A sloping surface between places, objects etc which are at different levels. ..... (mrp) "4"
3- A person who makes a living from some form of trade or commerce, not from one of the professions. ..... (smsbnsn) "11"

6- Something that fastens things together. ..... Fastener.
7- What a person owes to another. ..... (Debt.
8- The sound caused by a sudden brief stopping of the breath caused by eating or drinking too much, too quickly. ..... Hiccup.
9- One of several kinds of small birds. ..... Finch.
10- Great and splendid. ..... Magnificent.
