Bonjour,
Je dois faire un exposé sur un article;
voici l'article Lien internet

et voici le texte que j'ai écrit.
Merci pour votre aide.

I'll show you an article extracted from the times magazine, dated February 13, 2012 is entitled Companies are the new countries and written by Rana Foroohar. It deals with the World economic forum and the company. The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a Swiss non-profit foundation, based in Cologny, Geneva. It describes itself as an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The Forum is best known for its annual meeting in Davos, a mountain resort in Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland. The meeting brings together some 2,500 top business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals and journalists to discuss the most pressing issues facing the world, including health and the environment.
I chose this article because for me it is in connection with our formation over is a topicality subject. Through this article we can ask: what is the role of the company in the country?
First of all I will talk about the contrast between the government and the top companies
- To finish, we will see impact of big business

According to Article one of the causes of the beginning of the global recession is collapse of Lehman brothers. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. was a global financial services firm. Before declaring bankruptcy in 2008, Lehman was the fourth largest investment bank in the US. The world is in crisis, but the various governments can’t react to such problems. Governments are weak; they cannot overcome the crisis all alone. As we said Rana Foroohar German Chancellor Angela Merkel U.S. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner were even surprised to learn the high-profile political figures at Davos. This is where comes into play the top companies that they are continually emerging. The best companies are stronger than governments. But these companies have a vision of international business and forget the local problems of their countries. An Apple executive said in the NY Times, "We don't have an obligation to solve America's problems."This is a sentiment that was taken over in Davos Debate: company managers are criticized for not sharing their wealth. And to argue that they create jobs and prosperity - but not in their country. Indeed after them creating jobs in China and India, for example, increases the overall well-being of more than create them in the United States, as GDP per capita in these countries is much lower.

Some companies don’t look for the lowest wages in going abroad but rather the best quality of competence. Same the labor Economist Clyde Prestowitz say, I quote, while Apple may not feel obligated to solve U.S. economic issues, it expects Uncle Sam to protect intellectual-property rights and to keep waterways safe so that it can deliver its made-in-China products.
Indeed, businesses are relocating weaken the domestic markets of their countries and contribute to the crisis. Can’t educate or innovate your way out of this problem as some experts say as Nobel laureate Chris Pissarides
they must also think about the common of nations. Nevertheless they have the option of creating jobs and consequent increase resources of their countries. Of over she could share their wealth with the government to work together to improve the world economy. Which stood at Davos is that free market capitalism and democracy go hand in hand to create the best company and it is constantly evolving.

To conclude the business if it accepts an asset may be essential to overcome the crisis.
To do this it must make sacrifices including sharing their wealth and invest in the domestic market to the detriment of their various costs. It must work in conjunction with the government to develop the economy worldwide. Large companies are the key to success
