Could you help me please?
when do we use adjectives and when do we use adverbs between two as...I mean as.....as.

Hello,
there is no difference in the comparative of equality (as...as):
He is as slow as me
He works as slowly as me.
He is as bizarre as me.
He speaks as bizarrely as me.
He is as good as me.
He works as well as me.
He is as bad as me.
He works as badly as me.

fast is both an adjective and an adverb:
He is as fast as me.
He works as fast as me.

An adverb will modify a verb, give information about how an action is done, whereas an adjective modifies a noun, gives information about somebody or something.
John is dangerous. He is as dangerous as Steve.(dangerous relates to John)
He drives dangerously. He drives as dangerously as Steve.(dangerously modifies the action verb drives)
