Voici mon sujet :
After Mandela's death you write a special report abouth his life and South Africa during Apartheid. (250 words)

Nelson Mandela was born in 1918 in the Easter Cape. He died at the age of 95 (5 december 2013 at Johannesbourg). He was the South Africa’s first black president and a anti-apartheid icon for people. He is considered like a hero in people ´s mind.

Apartheid word meaning : “ the state of apart” literally 'apart-hood was a system of racial segregation in South Africa enforced through legislation by the National Party (NP) governments. It during from 1948 to 1994. It was an very difficult period for African, they suffer a lot of. They can ´t be free in their country.

Nelson Mandela was the first in his famille to go to scholl and he was an advocate. He joined ANC in 1943 and He organized ANC Youth League with boycoot, strikes and civil desobeisance. In 1962, he was arrested for strike organized the previous year, sentenced to five years inprisonment. He spent 27 years on Rabben Island.
Moreover, In 1990, he was freed from jail.
The Nobel Peace Prize laureate (1993)was one of the world's most revered statesmen after preaching reconciliation despite being imprisoned for 27 years.
In 1994, he was elected the first black president of South Africa.

To conclude, Nelson Mandela was a very generous person who saved his country. His death is à big pain for people. He had rarely been seen in public since officially retiring in 2004. He made his last public appearance in 2010, at the football World Cup in South Africa.
He had been receiving intensive medical care at home for a lung infection after spending three months in hospital.
Announcing the news on South African national TV, President Jacob Zuma said Mr Mandela was at peace.

Je pense qu'il y en a d'autres, mais mon anglais n'est pas vraiment bon ...pour vous aider correctement. Je continuais de regarder, mais je préfère vérifier.
Par exemple : the state of apart ...pour moi of ne va pas. regardez aussi de votre côté.
