Hello !
Can you explain what you mean with your "mais bon" and the message you want to convey ... There are no real equivalent expressions in English and you'll have to 'invent a way of speaking your mind' ...
For example : 'there are limits to what I can bear ...'
or 'but still, I'm no robot! ' or ....
Give us a little more, please !

Hello!
En fait, on ne peut pas le traduire mot-à-mot ... :/
Il faut trouver des synonymes !
Je n'aime pas manger, mais bon ... Je dois le faire :
I do not like eating but I'm forced to.
I do not like eating BUT I have to.
I do not like eating though I should.
I do not like eating but I need to.
Though I do not like eating I must eat.
I do not like eating but I still ought to.
I do not like eating, yet I should.
See you!

Hello
'bon' peut se traduire comme 'fine' ou 'OK' dans quelques contextes.
If someone suggest that you should do something that you don't like or don't want to do, you could say:
I don't like shopping/eating/swimming, but OK/fine... (I will agree to your suggestion, in order to please you)

Bonjour,
"je n'aime pas manger , mais bon .."
je le comprends comme:
I don't like to eat but if I have to.....
I don't like to eat but let's do it if we have to
I don't like to eat but I'll make an effort
I don't like to eat but let me not spoil your pleasure
I don't like to eat but don't pay any attention to me
Although I don't like to eat , I'll join you anyway.
I don't like to eat but count me in anyway
Mais bon, on peut interprêter encore autrement je suppose.
