Bonjour,
on me pénalise souvent pour des fautes de convention de la langue; si quelqu'un pouvait corriger mes fautes en me disant ce qui va pas pour éviter de les refaire ce serait très gentil.
The scene takes place in the new world. The characters live in a settlement in the woods and near the Atlantic ocean. They have horses. There are Indians and the situation is not very good that's why because there are attacks. They migrated to the new world to change life: the religious aspect was very important. The main female character is Hester Prynne and the main male character is reverend Arthur Dimmsdale. They fall in love but she is married. Fornication and adultry were punishable by hanging. The Indians attacked a ship on which Hester's husband was and they suppose he's dead because they found his possessions.
Everything shakes when Hester fall pregnant. She gets arrested because she is mourning period and after church she can not have a relationship with a boy for 7 years if it is a sin. She is jailed. Harriet aid has given birth to her child. Then the Reverend has baptized the newborn. This baby is none other than his own, and he knows it. Hester named her child Pearl. Hester is about to be released, however, is allowed him one last chance to reveal the father's name ..in vain .. .. She should therefore be the A (adultery) on her everywhere. Her husband returns. She is arrested again. His domestic mituba killed. Harriet is accused of being a witch and Pearl is accused of being the child of the devil as she has a red mark on the stomach. Hester and Harriet find themselves in the public square lend themselves to being hanged. Reverend intervenes and publicly announces his love for Hester and reveals his paternity of the child Pearl. It is ready to be hanged when the Indians come to attack them. They are doing and decide to leave all three: Arthur, Hester and Pearl to a new life.
