Here are 10 new sentences to "rewrite" ...
You're given 10 sentences and 10 different 'prompts' which must be used. Your rewriting shouldn't change the meaning of the sentences: ex : I last saw him 2 weeks ago.
I haven't ................ => I haven't seen him for 2 weeks.
Understood ? Very simple, isn't it ? and I'm not kidding ... it's much simpler than the translation you were given last time ...

Don't worry sbgs ! I'd like you to take your exam with as litle pressure as possible ... May will be May, (in France,) I give an extention till the 30th or 31rst if necessary ... Some are getting nervous for exams and others are having BBQs and organizing them, I was told ...

Here is the collective correction some of you are looking forward to having and studying ...

I just wanted to tell you how glad it makes me to see some (most) of you working with so much motivation and determination. I'm really glad to see many of you making progress from one work to another ... and thank you for all the questions (some tricky ones) which sometimes forced me to think a little deeper and ask British people more about the language we practise and love.
Well, here's the correction ...

1) I have never heard such a talented musician.
He is the most talented musician I have ever heard. Utilisation du superlatif de much => more than (=comparatif)=> the most (superlatif). Never se transforme en 'ever' forme 'positive' de l'adverbe.

2) When you don’t sleep much, you feel exhausted.
The less you sleep, the more exhausted you feel. (Progression parallèle inverse . ‘the more … the less’ ou 'the lesss …. the more .’ Nécessité du rejet du verbe en fin de phrase.

3)Someone made him take the money from the safe.
He was made to take the money from the safe. To make somebody do something => voix passive : to be made TO do something’.

4) As soon as he arrived, he called her.
Hardly did he arrive when/thaN he called her.
Le temps de la phrase initiale étant le preterit que l’on doit retrouver … MAIS il faut inverser le sujet après Hardly (semi négatif en début de phrase) => hardly did he arrived + WHEN/THAN (attention, pas that …)

5) I waited too long before I showed my driver's license driving licence. The policeman gave me a ticket a fine.(Well ! let's suppose the cop found I was too slow ...! )
I (+modal) + passif sans agent en 2è partie. I should have shown my driving licence more quickly, as a result I was given a fine.

She said that she had seen her 2 weeks before, and added she would see her again the following Monday or 2 weeks later. (changements de temps : preterit => past perfect; I will see => I would see; Mots d’accompagnement (c'est surtout là que vous avez quelques 'oublis': DD = ago, => DI = before; DD+ Next Monday => DI = the following Monday or ‘the Monday after’ ‘Last Monday’ = ‘the preceding Monday’ or ‘The Monday before’. DD: in 2 weeks => DI = ‘two weeks after’ or ‘the following 2 weeks’.

Her grandfather, whose moustache is long and white, is 93. La 2e proposition commençant pas ‘His’, c’était de toute évidence un pronom relative de ‘possesion’ qui était attendu = WHOSE + objet possédé sans déterminant.

Regret = I wish + past perfect => I wish I hadn’t picked up ….

Le premier adjectif compose a un sens actif = a vehicle that moves fast => le 2e a un sens passif = le 2e ,a un sens passif = un chapeau qui a des bords larges.=>‘broad-brimmed’ ou ‘wide-brimmed’
