J'aimerais avoir une correction de ma lettre en anglais.

SUBJECT: Increase in the Number of Students Who Have Missed Class

Dear English Class Students,

I have reviewed your presences during our English classes for two weeks ago and find that you have made no effort to be in time and in class since the weather became warmer.
Therefore, I have no alternative but to place an official reprimand in your file. Personally, it has been difficult to watch your marks deteriorate.
I am not a tyran teacher, but I can only advise you that spring excuses like “My car would not start” or “My dog was sick” are not working to missing class. For your information acceptable excuses to missing class will be following:
• Death or funerals in family
• Doctor’s appointments for you and your children, only if you must provide a doctor’s note
• Business trip if you must provide with buying thicket

We need all documents regarding your absences English classes. Remember, if you make a sustained effort to learn and improve English over the next time I will be a very happy teacher.

Therefore, I have no alternative but to place an official reprimand in your file (pluriel?). Personally, it has been difficult to watch your marks deteriorate.
I am not a tyran teacher, but I can only advise you that spring excuses like “My car would not start” or “My dog was sick” are not working to missing class. For your information acceptable excuses to for missing class will be the following:
• Death or funerals in family
• Doctor’s appointments for you and your children, only if you must provide a doctor’s note

We need all documents regarding your absences ----(manque une preposition) English classes. Remember, if you make a sustained effort to learn and improve English over the next time(vous devez spécifier une période de temps ici) I will be a very happy teacher.
