To say 'change groups' or 'move to the next group' is it
changez de groupes or Bougez-vous au prochain groupe

Hello !

yes, you're right !
'Change groups!' = Changez de groupe (except that in French you use a singular ! )
and 'Move to the next group !' is 'Allez dans l'autre groupe !'

'move to the next group' Bougez-vous au prochain groupe
rather: Passez au groupe suivant if it is a choice, if you deal with or manage a group that you are not a part of, you just work on them.
Passez dans le groupe suivant if you are promoted from one group to a better one but you are part of that group.
'Allez dans l'autre groupe !'given by Here4U means that you were in the wrong group and that you must join the other one, join the right one.
