can you help me to correct this mini report please? I don't find my mistakes. And I know I have difficulties with the structure of sentences!!

Nowadays too much students make more and more spelling and grammar mistake. That’s become worrying for the schools director. The stakes is evidently the student professional future. Problem which could train difficulties at the moment of the professional insertion, and during the employment.
First of all, spelling mistakes can be the consequence of the individual stupidity. In effect the orthography requires only reproducing identically words learnt at school or read in book. Moreover, the orthography could learn by visual memory. So the orthography must be the discipline the most easily to learn.
Afterwards, the weak knowledge and skills intellectual baggage are a reason that students are hopeless. The reading is the best way to discover new words and to deal with the language in depth. In this way students improve their capacity to handle words more quickly and syntactically more eloquent.
Finally the student French level drops with the arrival of the SMS. Get used to write in abbreviation, students would have lost every basic notion at the time of their exam. A writing style which make only stupid their against a negligible time saving.
So to fight against the deficiency in spelling at the students, faculty starts up forming in grammar and in spelling for the weakest students.
