Correction/Reichstag
Message de roseelise posté le 22-03-2015 à 18:35:57 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,
je souhaiterais que l’on m’aide pour corriger ce texte. Merci d’avance.

Introduction:
I am going to present you a place of power which is Reichstag. This place is in connection with the notion of power because it is him who welcomes the Legislative assembly.
A place of power maybe an important building or institutions which represent a certain form of power as here the legislative power. A place can also be a country or of a state is rather powerful to influence the events all over the world.
The power is at the same time source of the political, social and personal integration and the revelation of the tensions and the conflicts within the group. The power practices through a set of undergone or accepted, often interiorized complex relations.
This notion is going to be approached with a symbolic institutional place of the power in Germany which is Reichstag.
I am going to present you, at first, Reichstag. Then we shall see each other in what this building is connected has the notion of places and forms of powers.

Development:
• First part (Presentation)
The palace of Reichstag is a building from Berlin to Germany, built to shelter Reichstag (Assembled by Reich) from 1894 and until its fire on February 27th, 1933. He shelters the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany since the return from institutions in Berlin in 1999.
He was build in the location of the palace Raczynski which was previously demolished, his construction began in 1884 on the plans of Paul Wallot's project, and ended in December, 1894. The building of neo-classic style is surmounted of a dome peaking in 75 meters above ground level (of contemporary style). His construction was financed by the money paid by France, by way of war indemnities, after 1871.
The currency "To the people German" was affixed during the World War I (1916).
• Second part (link with the notion places and forms of powers)
The link which we can make with the notion of places and forms of power is that Reichstag is has whole part a place of power which shelters The German legislative chamber is the legislative power. This one groups members of parliament of the Reichstag who are elected in the universal suffrage with unique ballot. Reichstag votes for the budget and for the laws, thus which is a place mattering in the German democracy. The imperial Constitution of April 16th, 1871 does not modify at all the structure of Reichstag. The number of members of parliament is carried in 397 in 1874, when are elected those of Alsace-Lorraine. The mandate, which is of three years, is raised to five years in 1885. Members of parliament have the right of address and questioning, but they cannot, by a vote of no-confidence, knock down the chancellor, who is responsible only in front of the emperor. On the other hand, the chancellor has the power to make dissolve Reichstag by an order of Bundesrat.
At the end of the Constitution of Weimar (in July, 1919), Reichstag remains a legislative assembly representing the German people, elected in the universal suffrage. But, holding(detaining) the sovereignty of the people, it becomes the dominating power of the State. While Reichsrat, which succeeds Bundesrat, has not more than of a suspensive veto, Reichstag passes only the laws; it is up to him(her) to stop(arrest) the budget, to ratify treaties at the same time as to decide on the war or on the peace. As he(it) could not any more be adjourned, he(it) checks(controls) the government, which has to obtain its confidence(trust). But the president keeps(preserves) the right(law) of dissolution.
The IIIth Reich leaves with Reichstag its representative shape, but the elections of March 15th, 1933 are made only after the ban and the dissolution of all the parties, with the exception of the National Socialist party, which dominates totally the new Chamber(room).
On November 9th, 1918, since a window of the palace of Reichstag, the social democrat Philipp Scheidemann announces the end of the monarchy of Hohenzollern at the head of the German Empire and proclaim the Republic, after the revolution of November what shows that it is a central place in the power.
Reichstag was the target of attack in numerous periods. We know especially the fire of the palace of Reichstag at night from 27 till 28 February 1933. When Hitler becomes a chancellor of Reich, on January 30th, 1933, he(it) requires(demands) that new general election are organized to strengthen the weight of the Nazi party: this one arranges only two Secretaries within the government and the result(profit) of the last elections confirmed the fall of the vote in favour of the Nazis. On February 1st, the president of Reich, Paul von Hindenburg signs the decree of dissolution of rooms(chambers), which fixes the date of the elections on March 5th. The election campaign takes place in a climate of intimidation. Using the new powers which he(it) has as chancellor, Hitler puts an end to the publication of newspapers which criticize the government and the public gatherings are prohibited in several localities by the authorities. The members of the LIMITED COMPANY disrupt(perturb) the meetings of the political opponents of the Nazis, Hitler uses widely his powers against the communists, the socialists.
The arsonist, Marinus van der Lubbe, ' is only introduced into Reichstag. He(it) tries at first to set fire to the furniture unsuccessfully. He(it) penetrates then into the room of the debates, among which hangings and woodwork quickly ignite. Under the influence of the heat, the dome which surmounts(overcomes) the room explodes, creating an in-draft which transforms the departure of fire(light) into center. The latter was condemned to death penalty for high treason. Some think that this fire was orchestrated by the very Nazis, who immediately are going to shout in the communist plot. What "will" "allow" them to throw(launch) their campaign(countryside) of terror and repression against all the political parties.
In 1945, Reichstag finds itself in hands the Soviet army which raises a red flag, during the grip of Berlin.
Destroyed during the Second World War, Reichstag is reconstructed to leave de1961. After the German reunification of October 3rd, 1990, the German parliament decides on June 20th, 1991 on the moving of the parliament and the federal government from Bonn to Berlin, and its reinstatement in the palace of Reichstag.
Reichstag is also faced with numerous demonstrations as the anti-nuclear Demonstration in front of Reichstag in 2013.

Conclusion:
Thus Reichstag is the Mecca of the German power which has of to face has numerous attacks

Bonjour, voici mon texte remanié.

Introduction:
I will present a place to you to be able which is the Reichstag.
This place is in link with the concept of being able because it accommodates the legislative Parliament. A place of power may be an important building or institutions that represent some form of power as by the legislature. A place can also be a country or of a state is enough powerful to influence the events in the whole world.
The power is at the same time source of political integration, social and personal and revealing of the tensions and the conflicts within the group.
I will present to you, at first, the Reichstag.
Then we will see ourselves in what this building is attached has the concept of places and forms of powers.

First part (Presentation) :
Firts, The palace of the Reichstag is a building which is in Berlin in Germany. It was built to shelter the Reichstag (Parliament of Reich) starting from 1884 and to its fire on February 27th, 1933. It shelters the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany since the return of the institutions in Berlin in 1999.
It was build with the site of the Raczynski palace which was previously demolished, its construction began thus in 1884 on the plans from a project from Paul Wallot, and was completed endécembre 1894. The neo-classic building of style is surmounted by a cupola culminating with 75 meters above ground (of contemporary style). Its construction was financed by the money paid by France, as war indemnities, after 1871.
The motto“With the German people” was affixed on the building during the First World War (1916).

Part (link with the concept sites and forms of power):

Secondly, The link that we can make with the concept of places and to be able forms is that the Reichstag is a place to be able.
Indeed, it shelters the German legislative room is the legislative power. This one gathers the deputies of the Reichstag which is elected by the universal suffrage. The Reichstag votes the budget and the laws, which is thus an important place in the German democracy. Holding the sovereignty of the people, it becomes the dominating power of the State. Whereas Reichsrat, which succeeds Bundesrat, does not have any more but one suspensive veto, the Reichstag votes only the laws; it belongs to him to adopt the budget, to ratify the treaties at the same time as to decide war or peace. Not being able more to be deferred, it controls the government, which must obtain its confidence. But the president preserves the right of dissolution.
3rd Reich leaves with the Reichstag his representative form, but the elections of March 15th, 1933 are done only after the prohibition and the dissolution of all the parties, except for party National Socialist, which dominates the new Room completely.
November 9th, 1918, since a window of the palace of the Reichstag, the social democrat Philipp

Scheidemann announces the end of monarchy in charge of the German Empire and proclaims the Republic, after the revolution of November what shows that it is a symbolic system place of the Republic.

Moreover, the Reichstag was the target of attack at many periods. One in the night of February g
27th, 1933 knows especially the fire of the palace of the Reichstag. When Hitler becomes chancellor of Reich, on January 30th, 1933, it requires that new legislative elections be organized in order to reinforce the weight of the Nazi party: this one has only two ministers within the government and the result of the last elections confirmed the fall of the vote in favour as of Nazis. On February 1st, the president of Reich, Paul von Hindenburg signs the decree of dissolution of the rooms, which schedules the date of the elections at March 5th. The electoral campaign is held in a climate of intimidation. Using the new powers which it has as a chancellor, Hitler put an end to the publication of newspapers which criticize the public government and gatherings are prohibited in several localities by the authorities. The members of SA disturb the meetings of the political adversaries of the Nazis, Hitler largely uses his powers against the Communists, the Socialists.
The flamer is Marinus van der Lubbe which was introduced only into the Reichstag. This last was condemned to the capital punishment for high treason. Some thinks that this fire was orchestrated by the Nazis themselves, which one immediately to shout with the communist plot. What “will enable them” to launch their terror campaign and of repression against all the political parties.
In 1945, the Reichstag finds with the hands the Soviet army which hoists a red flag, at the time of the catch of Berlin. The Reichstag also was destroyed during the Second World War and was rebuilt starting from 1961.
After the German reunification of October 3rd, 1990, the German Parliament decides on June 20th, 1991 the removal of the Parliament and the federal government from Bonn to Berlin, and its rehabilitation in the palace of the Reichstag.
Today, the Reichstag is found confronted with many demonstrations like the antinuclear Demonstration in front of the Reichstag in 2013.

Conclusion:
We can conclude that the Reichstag is thus a high place of the German power which leaves its importance has to cope has many attacks and disputes.
