Bac/Locations and power
Message de jeannou15 posté le 04-05-2015 à 22:58:04 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,
Pouvez-vous corriger cette synthèse et me donner votre avis s'il vous plait?
Merci pour vos réponses.

I am going to talk about the notion locations and forms of power. The forms of power depend the locations in the world, the different laws are not the same in all countries.
The power is a strength or force exerted or capable of being exerted on someone or something, power is synonym of might.
However, in America, law isn't the same in all the region.
I will answer the following question how do some US laws divide American citizens ?
I have studied this question with different documents: texts, recordings and a map.

First, let's talk about gun control in America. The laws is to give the detention of guns
The right to have a weapon is a big part of the American culture since the wild west. This right is protected by the constitution, on a national level or by local laws. In Colorado, people over 18 years old can have a gun if they haven't fact felony. They can keep their weapon with them, or in their bag if it 's not visible, the military arms are illegal.
The GOA is for the right to bear arms and they celebrate the American dream because it defends people's rights and freedom. The lobbying organization opposes bureaucrats who are against gunowership who don't want people to bear arms and want them to be helpless and vulnerable.
But, there are campaign which prevent gun violent, there are a lot of people who were killed
because of the gun.

Then, the death penalty. The arguments against capital punishment are this is not an effective deterrent against crime, doesn't reduce crime rate. This is irreversible and can result in the death of innocents and children offenders. Justice can miscarry and condemn innocent to death. The death sentence is unfair because it targets people who are economically disadvantaged, people who can't afford a good lawyer. The death penalty violated two Human Rights: the right to live is inalienable and no one can be tortured. Even waiting on death row can be assimilated to psychological torture. Finally, we kill a murderer we mustn't forget we kill an other human being so we become murderer too.
Other people are for the death penalty, although most American are aware that innocent people can be executed, they still believe it is the necessary punishment in case of murder, rape and kidnapping.

To conclude, the laws divide the American citizens because in the USA, the region there agree and don't have the same laws for the capital punishment.
Nowadays, seems to be a real attachment to firearms in the United States, where they are regarded not only as weapons but as objects of collection and leisure.

The power is a strength or force exerted or capable of being exerted on someone or something, power is synonym of (synonymous with)might.
However, in America, the law isn't the same in all the region(pluriel).

I have studied this question with different documents: texts, recordings and a map.

The right to have a weapon is(present perfect) a big part of the American culture since the wild west. This right is protected by the constitution, on a national level or by local laws. In Colorado, people over 18 years old can have a gun if they haven't fact(fact est un nom pas un verbe) felony. They can keep their weapon with them, or in their bag if it 's not visible, the military arms are illegal.(vous êtes sûre ? la loi est très sévère sur les armes cachées (concealed weapons), il faut les avoir visibles, à la ceinture...)
The GOA is for the right to bear arms and they celebrate the American dream because it defends people's rights and freedom. The lobbying organization opposes bureaucrats who are against gun owership who don't want people to bear arms and want them to be helpless and vulnerable.
But, there are campaigns which prevent gun violence, there are a lot of people who were killed
because of the guns.

Then, the death penalty. The arguments against capital punishment are that this is not an effective deterrent against crime, doesn't reduce crime rate. Finally, when we kill a murderer we mustn't forget we kill an other human being so we become murderers too.
Other people are for the death penalty, although most American are aware that innocent people can be executed, they still believe it is the necessary punishment in case of murder, rape and kidnapping.

To conclude, the laws divide the American citizens because in the USA, the regions there agree(sens?) and don't have the same laws for the capital punishment.
Nowadays, there seems to be a real attachment to firearms in the United States, where they are regarded not only as weapons but as objects of collection and leisure.
