Please, can someone tell me whatis the difference is between "I'm going to go out now " and " I will go out now "

There are many ways to express the future in English... You should study them.
"Will" expresses the simple future whereas "going to" conveys the idea of " an intention", something decided beforehand. 😀

Hello,
when something is planned or arranged, we use " going to".
when the future is not planned or you make the decision at the moment of speaking, we use " will".
