Hello!
Even with the same operator, there are differences. I went to Oxford last February with other primary school teachers. I have "orange sans frontières". I could call people in France or elsewhere but not send sms. Another teacher with "Orange" couldn't call but managed to send sms. And a third one ("Orange") could call and send sms... Don't even ask me why!
